things to consider for the laser cutting process
Drawing
Your drawing must be saved to scale, within a 700mmx1000mm frame, horizontally and each sheet to be cut separately in dxf* format.
Your drawing should use different colors for the frame, different colors for the parts to be cut and different colors for the parts to be drawn. Your drawing should not contain 3D drawing or superimposed lines.
*EXPLODE to explode blocks
*FLATTEN to make 3D lines two-dimensional
*OVERKILL to erase overlapping lines
*TXTEXP to plot text or numbers

Material
Materials (cardboard, tape, etc.) must be brought by the student.
Your material should be flat, unworn and maximum 700x1000mm in size.
Appointment
In order to have laser cutting, an appointment should be made with the model laboratory at the earliest one week in advance and at the latest one day in advance. Must be present in the laboratory during the appointment. If you cannot come to the appointment, it must be canceled in advance. In order for all our students to benefit equally, a maximum of one appointment can be made per week.
Cutting time
Corrugated cardboard or photoblock etc. Model cardboard, cardboard, craft, wood or plexy etc.
